The information on this website is based on my own experience in the field of medicine. I have tried the products I review here, in my own way, and have found that many of them work well for many people. There is no one right way to eat healthy. There is no single "right" way to live your life. For example, if you want to be skinny and healthy, and don't want to use all of the extra calories in food or exercise to burn fat, then there are things you can do to help your body become thin and fit. If you are not sure what to do or don't know where to start, please don't hesitate to call or email me for more information. The answers to the questions posed below may be specific to you and your circumstances. For some people, the answers may be helpful, but not all. That is okay, because there are many others out there like you.
